SOX法とは？ 正式名称「上場企業会計改革および投資家保護法」、2002年米国にて制定。 法案を提出した議員両名の名前から「サーベンス・オクスリー法（Sarbanes-Oxley Act）」と呼ばれる。 主な目的は企業の会計不正防止と投資家保護。
